Projektdarstellung
Das 1000m2 Areal sieht ein neues Werkstättengebäude samt technischer Infrastruktur vor. Das Erdgeschoß beherbergt state-of-the-art technische Ausstattung und Maschinen, wobei ein Bereich vom Aussterben bedrohten traditionellen Handwerkstätigkeiten wie dem Schmieden, dem Brünieren und Garnieren gewidmet sind. Das Obergeschoß ist Repräsentationsfläche und den handwerklichen und künstlerischen Ausdrucksformen gewidmet. Vision war, einen Raum zu schaffen wo Kreativität fließen kann und (junge) Menschen interaktiv Handwerkskunst leben können.
Das Gebäude ist nach neuesten ökologischen Grundsätzen, ressourcenschonend und nachhaltig geplant und umgesetzt, dazu zählen die Erzeugung von elektrischer Energie mittels Photovoltaikelementen sowie die Bauteilaktivierung (kühlen und heizen über wasserdurchströmte Betonkörper) über Grundwasserbrunnen. Die ästhetische Einbindung des Industriebaues in die Umgebung als qualitätsvolles Zusammenspiel von Form, Funktion und Materialien wurde von Architektin Eva Rubin hervorragend gelöst.
Projektziele und strategische Ausrichtung
Die Verbindung von Tradition und Innovation
Als wesentlichstes Projektziel ist mit dem Vorhaben die Absicht zur nachhaltigen Verbindung von Tradition und Innovation verknüpft. Die in den letzten Jahren umgesetzten F&E Aktivitäten und maschinellen Investitionen, insbesondere auch die Entwicklung neuer Produkte — extrem leichte Titaniumwaffen, Carbonschäfte u Läufe etc soll konsequent fortgeführt werden. Die Nutzung des eigenen Schusskanals am Unternehmensstandort unterstützt diese Bemühungen.
Die vorliegende Investition, dh weitreichende Integration sämtlicher Arbeitsschritte und nunmehr auch der Laufherstellung führt zur Errichtung einer weltweit einzigartigen Infrastruktur im Luxusjagdwaffenbereich. Geeignet um innovative Projekte für Kunden mit höchsten technischen und künstlerischem Anspruch zu garantieren.
Center of Excellence
Weiteres Ziel sind die Bemühungen um den Erhalt und die Fortführung der Handwerkstradition verbunden mit der Idee, auch schon im Aussterben befindliche Detailarbeiten (Schmieden, Läufe brünieren, etc.) im neuen Werkstättengebäude einen Platz zu ermöglichen. Andernfalls besteht das Risiko, schon in den kommenden 10 Jahren nicht mehr in der Lage zu sein, eine Jagdwaffe auf so hohem Niveau herstellen zu können.
CEO Patrick Fanzoj hat die Zeichen klar erkannt und hat diesen mutigen Schritt gesetzt. Ein klare Botschaft und Bekenntnis zu Qualität, Innovation und langfristigem Denken.
